Will the jewelry turn green or fade?

No, our jewelry will not fade or turn green after everyday wear. However, please note that personal PH levels and chemicals may accelerate the build up of tarnish.

Can I make a return or exchange?

Yes, all returns or exchanges must be initiated within three (3) days of receiving your order. Each piece must be in its packaging and unworn. Reach out to our team at santaprisca.jewelry@gmail.com - include name and order #. 

When should I expect my order?

All orders are packaged and shipped within three (3) days of your purchase. In case your order is delayed, our team will notify you and provide a tentative delivery date.
